In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 Maps and Navigation apps on Android in France showcased varying trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic had a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads fluctuating between 28K and 42K. The app saw its highest downloads in the week of March 14, reaching approximately 42K. Active user numbers showed a slight decline from 1.69M at the beginning of the quarter to 1.48M by the end of March.

SLMC: Station La Moins Chère experienced a significant surge in weekly downloads, peaking at nearly 96K in the week of March 7. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from around 11K at the start of the quarter to over 148K in mid-March before settling at 105K by the end of the quarter.
